1. General Disclaimer

Preclr is an information tool designed to help medical practices access publicly available court records related to patient litigation history. Preclr is not a decision-making tool. The information provided through our platform is intended to supplement — not replace — your professional judgment, internal policies, and legal counsel. Use of Preclr does not constitute a recommendation to accept, decline, or otherwise alter the care provided to any patient.

2. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Preclr is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Preclr does not provide consumer reports. The information available through our platform should not be used for purposes governed by the FCRA, including but not limited to employment screening, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or credit decisions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Preclr complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Public Records

All information presented through Preclr is sourced from publicly available court records, including state and federal court filings, dockets, and case dispositions. Preclr aggregates and organizes this information for ease of access. We do not create, modify, or editorialize court records. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Preclr does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any data presented. Court records may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Records may also relate to individuals with similar names. Users should independently verify any information obtained through Preclr before taking action.

4. No Legal Advice

Nothing on the Preclr platform, website, or in any communications from Preclr constitutes legal advice. Preclr is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. The presentation of litigation history data does not imply any legal conclusion about the merits of past, present, or future claims. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare attorney before making any decisions based on information obtained through Preclr.

5. No Medical Advice

Preclr does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The platform does not evaluate, assess, or make recommendations regarding the quality of care provided by any healthcare professional or the medical needs of any patient. Information provided through Preclr should not influence clinical decision-making or the standard of care provided to any patient.

6. Non-Discrimination

Preclr must not be used to discriminate against any individual based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of litigation history data complies with all anti-discrimination laws, including but not limited to the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA). Practices with EMTALA obligations must continue to provide emergency medical screening and stabilization regardless of any information obtained through Preclr.

7. User Responsibility

The decision to accept, decline, or refer patients is solely the responsibility of the healthcare provider and must be made in accordance with applicable laws, professional ethical obligations, and institutional policies. Users acknowledge that litigation history alone does not establish patient risk, character, or intent. Many lawsuits are dismissed or resolved without any finding of wrongdoing. Preclr provides information — the interpretation and application of that information is entirely the responsibility of the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Preclr, its parent company JobinX LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on information obtained through Preclr, decisions made based on such information, or any errors or omissions in the data presented. Your use of Preclr is at your own risk.
